How can I place an order?

You can phone or email us with your order, questions or requirements and we will guide you through the process and recommend the most suitable stock.

Who are your customers? 

Our clients are mainly large retailers and wholesale distributors.

What is your minimum order?

We have a set minimum of 1000 kg or 1000 pieces to any purchase. This can be a combination of different products.

What brands do you sell?

We offer large range of well known UK and European brands as for example ExLipsy, ExNew Look, ExGeorge, ExF&F, ExFox, ExDune etc. Sales and labels restrictions apply for certain markets. Please contact us at sales@wholesaleclothingoutlet.co.uk to get further information.

Our categories and grades explained:

  • 1st Grade: Mix of brand new or like new items in perfect condition. These are shop returns, excess stock, cancellations, clearance stock or a mix of all. Items can be with our without tags, labels or packaging.
  • 2nd Grade: Mix of shop and customer returns. Items in this mix might be brand new, however will have minor issues such as dirty marks, open seams, faulty zips or missing buttons. Some items were purchased in store or online and returned by the customer, therefore can be worn or washed. Paper tags and inside labels might be missing or cut out.
  • Stock lots: These are factory overstocks, clearance items, cancellations or excess shop inventory. Most items within this category are brand new with original packaging and tags. Some lines might have defects - quality always mentioned in description. Lines are usually sold in size ratio, however some of the items might have only broken sizes available. Sales restrictions might apply for certain markets.

How are the goods packed?

Goods can be packed as your requirements in carton boxes, small bags (25 kg) or big bales (150 kg).

Shipping 

In general goods are sold ExWorks and shipments will be made through the carrier of your choice. If you need our help with the transportation, just let us know. 

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and PayPal payments. Pro-forma invoices and Invoices are issued in GBP.

What about VAT?

Prices quoted on the website exclude VAT. We only add VAT in some cases, please contact us for more information.

May we visit your showroom/warehouse?

You are welcome to come and visit during office hours 9-5. Please call or email to make an appointment before you come. 

Returns & refunds?

​Please note, we will only accept returns if wrong items were sent or if goods did not match the description. ​You must contact our Customer Service Team on sales@wholesaleclothingoutlet.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be offered replacement or refund. The goods will have to be returned in their original quantity, condition and packaging.

International customers: please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes and/or fees may be payable, and are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipments upon arrival). WHOLESALE CLOTHING OUTLET is NOT responsible for the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes applied by the local customs authority, and we cannot predict the charges that may incur for each shipment. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to verify with local custom offices if any charges are payable upon delivery. If your order is subject to any of these charges, they must be paid in full by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to delay release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also deny delivery. Please, remember the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it´s packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way. Additionally, we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
